The OXO tofu press makes the process quick, easy and mess-free

Pressing tofu renders it not only firmer but also more flavorful, since it's better able to absorb marinades and sauces. 

Simply place a block of tofu in the BPA-free container, select your choice of two pressing strengths and gently push down to release water. The press keeps the tofu elevated as water gathers below. After use, it separates for dishwasher cleaning.
