At S. Feldman Housewares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories and manuals to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our New York storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
